What are your salon policies?
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No show appointments will be subject to a 50% charge of service.
- We don't accept American Express.
- We can not add gratuity to credit or debit purchases, we only accept cash or check.
- Due to time restraints, appointments arriving any later than 15 minutes from original appointment time will be rescheduled.
- Please have your credit card ready as we require your card number to hold your reservation at Luxe Salon.
What is your re-do policy?
If by some chance you are not entirely satisfied with your hair, we offer a complimentary re-do service within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled appointment.
What is your return policy for products?
We we will exchange any faulty or unwanted product for another product of equal or lesser value.
Where should I park my car?
At this time, we do not have designated parking. The parking meters downtown have a 2 hour limit and they currently accept cash or credit card. There are public parking lots close to the salon, please reference this site in order to find prices and times: http://www.bestparking.com/denver-parking/

We carry Kerastase, Oribe, R+CO, Saryna Key and Brazilian Blowout products.
What color line do you use?
We use Wella Professional Color and Pravana.
Do you offer hair/makeup services for large parties / weddings?
Yes, we do. Our stylists offer wedding hair & makeup services in the salon (sorry, no off-site services at this time). All large parties will be subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking.
